As part of Sport 4 Life’s ongoing work with the Golf Foundation, we have delivered a number of Tri-Golf taster sessions, aimed at giving children their first taste of Golf in a fun, relaxed and safe environment. The event held at Burnage Rugby Club was co-ordinated in partnership with Stockport Sports Development and a number of Primary Schools in the Stockport area. The days’ activity gave the children an experience of putting, chipping and driving using plastic clubs and soft balls, with the emphasis on fun and participation.
